Every morning we will tempt you with black coffee and chocolate of Modica, warm capuchins, fresh orange juice prepared with oranges from Francofonte’s gardens, almond milk prepared from almonds of Val di Noto, fruit salad prepared with pears from Etna, m’panatiggie – sweets prepared with almond and Modica’s homemade butter, For palate who prefer salty food we serve the tomatoes from Pachino, ricotta cheese from Ragusa, capperi from Vendicari. Of course, we also try to satisfy the guests, who prefer an international breakfast.
